We are happy to remind you that you may do charity when you pump petrol with BHP and donate your e-points to Kasih Hospice Care Society (1 point = RM1.00).

Please apply for a free new BHP-BBN e-card (for new user) or convert your existing BHP e-card (for existing cardholder) and fill up the e-points donation form to give standing instruction to donate your e-points to BBN Sdn Bhd which will in turn reimburse Kasih Hospice Care Society in monetary.

Details as follows:

1. If you ARE an existing BHP card holder, pls fill up the BHP-BBN e-card application form to convert your existing card to new BHP-BBN card together with the e-points donation form (both forms available at Kasih). Your existing accumulated points in the old card will be converted into the new BHP-BBN card which will be sent to you in 4-6 weeks’ time.
2. If you are NOT a BHP card holder, pls fill up the BHP-BBN e-card application form for a new card FREE! together with the e-points donation form (both forms available at Kasih). A new card will be sent to you in 4-6 weeks.

Important: Pls submit the completed e-card application form (for new or conversion) and the e-points donation form to Kasih Hospice Care Society.

The general public can now go to UOB website and donate to us by following the instruction below.

1. Go to www.uob.com.my
2. Click on the www.payonline.com.my on the lower left corner
3. For new user, pls register
4. Then log in with ID and password
5. Select Service Provider
6. Category: Charity
7. Select Kasih Foundation
8. Proceed to make payment
9. The amount will be charged to your credit card (any credit cards)
10. Fill up this form and email back to manager@kasihfoundation.org
